We have a no-return, no refund policy, which means you cannot return or refund your order once it has been purchased and delivered. Contact us within 1 hour of your order if you’d like to cancel.
Damages and issues:
Please keep in mind all the items on xoxofitz’s website are vintage & preowned so there may be small signs of wear, flaws or defects but all noticeable flaws or damages will be addressed in the description or shown in the photos.
Sizing Issues when receiving an order:
It is not xoxofitz’s responsibility if the item does not fit as it is buyers responsibility to ensure they have read all measurements and sizing/fit info in the description before placing an order. All items will have measurements and will be modelled to show the fit. Some items may be tied back on the model so keep in mind the fit of the clothing may differ on the customer.
