Can I return my order if it doesn’t fit?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. To ensure the best fit, we provide detailed measurements for the bust, waist, and hips in the dress descriptions. We also include the dress length. We recommend checking these measurements carefully to find your perfect match and to ensure they match your own measurements.

Why is there a no return policy?

Due to the gentle nature and uniqueness of our vintage garments we do not accept returns.

Can I cancel an order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at hello@xoxofitz.com within 1 hour of placing it. 

What happens if my order gets returned back to you after not paying the custom fees?

If your order gets returned back to us, a refund will not be provided. For national orders (in the UK) a re-shipment fee of £9.00 will need to be paid via an email invoice and once paid, your order will be shipped back to you. For International orders (Worldwide excluding UK) a re-shipment fee of £45 will need to be paid via an email invoice and once paid, your order will be shipped back to you.

What are the shipping times?

We dispatch all orders within 2-7 days. In your cart, please leave a note in the box if you need an urgent dispatch/delivery and we’ll dispatch within 24-48 hours.


UK Orders Shipping Time:

  • Next working day before 1pm after dispatch. Sent with Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery By 1pm.

Europe Orders Shipping Time:

  • Delivery within 1-3 working days after dispatch. Sent with DHL Express Worldwide.

US Orders Shipping Time:

  • Delivery within 2-3 working days after dispatch. Sent with DHL Express Worldwide.



Canada Orders Shipping Time:

  • Delivery within 3-4 working days after dispatch. Sent with DHL Express Worldwide.


Australia
Orders Shipping Time:

Are there custom fees/duties before delivery?

Yes, there may be customs fees or duties depending on the import regulations of the destination country. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay these charges. If these fees are not paid and the order is returned to us, a re-delivery fee will apply via an invoice email. Once this fee is paid, the order will be re-sent to you.

Do we restock our dresses?

Since our dresses are rare vintage pieces, they are unlikely to be restocked. We typically carry only one of each dress in a single size, with rare exceptions. If we are able to restock, the process can take anywhere from one month to a year, depending on how long it takes to source the dress again.

Where can I be notified for restocks?

Keep an eye out on our socials like Instagram & Tiktok as we’ll be posting when we do restock a dress. Alternatively, you can email us with an image of the dress you’d like to be notified of. Email us at hello@xoxofitz.com for restock emails.

Why can’t I find a dress I’ve seen on your Instagram or Tiktok?

Our stock consists of vintage dresses, sourced from deadstock or discontinued brands. This means we can only acquire one of each dress at a time. Once a dress is purchased, it’s removed from our site as we no longer have that specific dress in stock.
