Due to the gentle nature of vintage wear, our return policy states that we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been purchased and delivered. However, if you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it.

Our prices are mostly based on the rarity of the item, the era it was made in and sometimes on the brand. Some of our dresses are made by luxury dressmakers that have beaded or embroidered these gowns by hand. We stock a lot of silk dresses which are made of high quality.

Please note that we have no control over how high the conversion rate is.

We often come across dresses that need repairing or tailoring so we take into account how much time is spent restoring these beauties back to life.

Yes! We ship worldwide with DHL Express.

Our dresses are sold exclusively on our official website, http://www.xoxofitz.com. We are not associated with any other sites or any other platforms that have stolen our images and videos. Please avoid purchasing from these sites that claim to sell our dresses as they are counterfeit.

Our dresses are vintage pieces sourced by us from around the world.

Our stock consists of vintage dresses, sourced from deadstock or discontinued brands. This means we can only acquire one of each dress at a time. Occasionally, we might find multiples, but this is rare. Sizes are also limited. Once a dress is purchased, it’s removed from the site as we no longer have that specific item in stock.
